High On Life Is Expanding Soon With The Release Date For High On Knife

High On Life

The DLC for High On Life now has a release date and we will have some spooky things to stab soon in High On Life

We all knew it was coming and now we know when we are going to get more for High On Life. It landed on the PS4 and PS5 not too long ago after having a good stint on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Now, Squanch Games is aiming to give us more with some big DLC. Aiming might be the wrong word to use there, as this new bot for High On Life is all about the knife, if you did not know that already. Get ready for the release of High On Knife for all of those listed platforms on October 3rd. Just next week we will be able to stab all manner of aliens out there in the universe again.

Now that we have the release date, let us try to figure out what this is going to bring to High On Life. Outside of being a new bit of story focused on Knifey from the game in general. Something that is still pretty much all we know with the following trailer showing off a claymation-style look to the game, which may or may not be how it will look, and some spooky hallways. Maybe this is going to give us a bit of horror in High On Life and play out like a slasher game? That would be my assumption as of now with what we have and that we get a listing of aliens that I think we will have to hunt down with Knifey. This could all be the origin story of it all and maybe how Knifey made it to the owner we know of in the core game. Next week, we will see.

High On Life — High On Knife Release Date

Play the hilarious new DLC to High On Life, Xbox Game Pass' biggest launch of 2022!

From Squanch Games comes High On Life. Humanity is being threatened by an alien cartel who wants to use them as drugs. It’s up to you to rescue and partner with charismatic, talking guns, take down Garmantuous and his gang, and save the world!

I am super excited to get more in the High On Life universe and am truly curious if this is actual gameplay we have to see and not something flashy just to build hype. I do not think it would have been too difficult to alter the style of the game to what we see here, which would also make sense as to why it took so long for the DLC to come. That and the team working around some of the voice limitations they are going to have to deal with too. Not that the characters from High On Life that they needed to worry about seemed to be here, but maybe they were in the game and needed to be shifted. Time to make sure my core game is fully updated so I can be sure to take a stab at all of this next week. There is the correct word to use…

Have you been looking for more for High On Life or did it do its job well all on its own? Do you think this will be the new art style for this DLC or just something flashy to build some extra hype? Could this be more of a horror and slasher bit where we play the villain hunting down these innocent aliens out there? Discuss all of that and more down in the comments. Obviously, we are going to be all here for High On Life and High On Life, so be sure to keep checking back in to see how that all plays out. I have a feeling we are going to have a whole lot of fun again and maybe see even more of the universe out there too.
