Get To Know The Team Bringing Us Past Cure Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of January 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
The release date of Past Cure is slightly further out than before, but after getting to know the team of Past Cure, it makes a bit more sense based on their size We have had some good looks at Past Cure over the recent months and it looks like we will have just over another month to wait to finally get the game. The release date is now set for February 23rd now and it is still heading to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. All of that said, it is still crazy to think that all of this is being done by Phantom 8 Studio with a team of no more than eight people. Read More…

The Leviathan Ax In God Of War Changed More Than Just The Weapon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of January 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
More information for God Of War is out there and it looks like the new weapon changed more than just the look of God Of War but much more in the way of combat Even more for God Of War is out there as we continue the big push for the game here for the month and here we go with some new information for the new weapon in the game. We have seen the Leviathan ax for some time since Santa Monica Studio first debuted the new title and got all of those PS4 fans out there all excited. It is one of the many deviations that the God Of War franchise is taking here and it looks like it was something that caused the combat to have a huge shift from what we know. Read More…

Vicious Animals, Crazy Characters, & Co-Op Hijinks Are Abound In Far Cry 5
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 16th of January 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
A new look at Far Cry 5 is here and this one gives us some fun insights on what to expect for Far Cry 5's Co-Op as well as other inhabitants we will come across More footage of Far Cry 5 has found its way out there and this time we have more of the ecology of the game to look at as well as some fun anecdotes on how Co-Op has handled for some of the team from Ubisoft so far. Of course, this is based on their experiences which will be more or less ideal and not how the rest of the gaming community will experience, it but that does not change the other items we have to see and hear here. Yes, this is another promotional video for Far Cry 5 and is a bit light on the stats and mechanics of the game, but as we will see the game hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 27th and have seen so much already, it is a nice little distraction of sorts. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 16th of January 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
A new video series for Nightmarchers has begun and it aims to show off some of the ancient gods that will be aiding us in Nightmarchers, starting with Kū It should be well known by now, at least if you have kept an eye on Nightmarchers, that the game will not only be a fun open-world game but some of the ancient Hawaiian gods will also be out there to help us reclaim the island in the game. We have seen a glimpse and teases of it all in past videos, and now Wyrmbyte is back again with a new series of videos showing off the specific gods that will be out there in the game. That is at least if you help rebuild or secure their shrines from whatever may have caused the issue in Nightmarchers. Read More…

A Few New Details For Metal Gear Survive Have Slipped Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 15th of January 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
New details for Metal Gear Survive have been added to the details of the game and it includes a bit more on the story of Metal Gear Survive February 20th is not too far off and we still have a whole lot of pushing that needs to be done for Metal Gear Survive. We have seen some things so far and have been given some kind of idea where Konami is taking the game and possibly the franchise, but there has to be more to the game than just collect, kill, and build. Sure, there is a single-player mode in Metal Gear Survive so there will be some sort of story to play out, but that has not been fully detailed out as of yet. At least to any point where we know what is going on and not just having spoilers all over the place. Read More…

At least based on how all of the marketing has picked up as it has. Read More…

Review — High Noon VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of January 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
We sit down and review High Noon VR. An old-west shooting gallery in a VR setting. Here is our review of High Noon VR When it comes to VR one of the staple genres that come to mind are the shooter or shooting gallery style game and this is where we find High Noon VR in the mix of it all. It is a bit more than just that out of the gate, but that is about the basics to get us all started here with Octobox Interactive's VR title that hit the PC through various means here not so long ago. Just like other platforms in the past, they needed something to fill a need and that is just what this game is aiming, pun intended, to do. Read More…

It Is Time To Go Deeper Into The Coffin With Vampyr
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of January 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
A new video series for Vampyr is on its way to take us deeper into the game as well as show off some new gameplay for Vampyr as we loom toward its launch It has been some time since we last heard anything on Vampyr and how that was all going. In fact, last we all heard DontNod had to place some delays on the game until sometime this year as they wanted to make sure it was the best version of the game for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC when it finally does come. Sadly, there is not much more on Vampyr as of yet but it looks like in the coming weeks we will know a lot more. If my senses are correct, it could also mean that we will have a release date coming just as quickly as well. Read More…

There Are Many Different Ways To Tackle Outposts In Nightmarchers
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of January 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
As with other open-world games, Nightmarchers will allow for many deviations on how to takedown or over outposts in the game It should come as no surprise that as Nightmarchers is an open-world title coming to the PC that we will get many different ways to attack and tackle different missions and events. Things like Outposts of enemies as well as many different enemy types. It should be a given by now and a given that Wyrmbyte is going to embrace it in the game. Read More…

It is how all of this rolls and while Sledgehammer Games has brought so fun already with the mode, it is time for Activision to step in with those marketing bucks to get you to pick up the DLC for some extra cash. It is the same song and dance we have had for the Call Of Duty franchise thus far, so it makes perfect sense to see it again. Read More…
