While other sites are taking the easy correlation to subtitle for Silent Hill: Downpour and the amount of screen shots we just had showered on us, I am going to take the high ground and not make an easy pun. Have to keep it classy and not say that Konami let loose the flood gates with these screen shots. Also not say that here's a monsoon of new looks at Silent Hill: Downpour. We are so much higher brow here. But instead we are just going to bring you the new screen shots and call it a day.

NO! We are not going to say look at this torrent of images. Instead we are going to say look at these great images filled with clouds, ominous fog and some really jaw dropping visuals for the game's characters and environments. It's not like we didn't expect Konami to drench this game with over the top visuals to keep up with other titles in the genre like Alan Wake. They totally need to step up their game if they want to keep their necks above water with the current wave of survival horror titles. Not to mention the constant demand of us fans who want a game that won't lead to tears falling from our eyes.

There, I think I made it through without making the "downpour of images" pun that every other blog and news site has done and kept it classy…Sphincter…Sorry…
