Farrow Has Snuck Into Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 28th of November 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
A new mutant has joined Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden as Farror shows off her skills and how she will be needed to make it through the Zone of Mutant Year Zero It definitely looks like The Bearded Ladies have been playing a few things close to the chest for Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden as we have only seen a few of the characters we will have to control in the game when it launches next week. In fact, we have only had the same three playable characters shown off since it was first announced and in everything that Funcom has put out there to date. Given that this version of Mutant Year Zero will house characters only made by the dev team, it would make sense to see our options leading up to launch. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of November 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
Some new screenshots for the Resident Evil 2 Remake have found their way online and show off some of the new changes coming to Resident Evil 2 soon We have a few new screenshots for the Resident Evil 2 Remake to take in here as we wait for all of those previews to come out before the rumored demo of the game drops before January 25th. Normally this would be nothing major to talk about and there would be more filler than anything, but along with these shots also comes a bit more information on just how Capcom is shaking things up for this game in the long run. That is if you have not already just jumped down to take a look at them. Read More…

Werewolf: The Apocalypse Has A New Publisher & Game Details
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of November 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
New details have popped up for Werewolf: The Apocalypse as Bigben Interactive picks up the rights and gives a new name with Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood There really has not been a lot of talk or updates for Werewolf: The Apocalypse as of late so it is high time that we finally had one. Even if it is not something that is too massive, it does look like we will be seeing this game from Cyanide Studio in 2020 on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That or whatever versions of the consoles we have at that point. Read More…

Just Cause 4 Shows The Chaos That One Man Can Truly Cause
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of November 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
A new live action trailer for Just Cause 4 is here but it also brings along a bit of new gameplay for Just Cause 4 mixed right in Next week we will be diving into the world of Just Cause 4 and causing all kinds of hell in the game's world. There is also some kind of story built on top of that, but I have a feeling more will focus on all the weird and explosive things they can do in the game more than that. Not to say that we should not enjoy the story that Avalanche Studios put in there. I just know how gamers and humans usually go and it is more on the side of harming others for their own amusement. All on the PC side of things but using some of the controls that The Bearded Ladies have put in there for those looking to play on the PS4 and Xbox One. Read More…

Meet A Few More Of The Sins Just Before The Launch Of Darksiders III
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 26th of November 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
On the verge of the release of Darksiders III, we have a look at more of the bosses we will be facing in Darksiders III with a few more of their tricks November 27th will mark the day that Fury rides on with Darksiders III, but that does not mean we all have to wait to be able to check out more of the game as well as a look at the Seven Sins. That is at least if you want to throw away quite a bit of the parts of the game that should be considered spoilers. I am going to guess that Gunfire Games and THQ Nordic just want us all to see more and ignore that side of things, but do take notice of that before you press on. Read More…

This Week In Video Games 11/19/18 — 11/23/18
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 24th of November 2018 - 12:00 AM ]
A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Such a great week for video games here, yet again, even with one of the bigger North American holidays going on. Further proof that we should be looking at the industry as a global thing and not a local one. Kind of like how Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus all played out here. Just to name a few of the video games we had a chance to review this week. Read More…

Get Ready To Rampage On A Horse With No Name In Darksiders III
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of November 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
We finally have a look at the next horse for Darksiders as well as a new recap on some of the lore just before Darksiders III launches It seemed to take some time but now we have a look at Fury and Rampage for Darksiders III now. Rampage being her horse that she will be riding and having all kinds of fun within the game. I know I was starting to worry that Gunfire Games was going to leave the horse out of the game, but knew it would not actually happen. It would have been odd, for sure, but the black horse is now here and it looks to be a more playful one than we have seen in the past Darksiders titles. Read More…

Review — Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus
by Chris Avila [ Thursday, 22nd of November 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
We sit down and review Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus. A new 40K RTS game with some weird choices. Here is our review of Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus Launching onto Steam like the ever-increasing swarm that is the Warhammer franchise, Mechanicus tries to head in a different direction than previous titles. Focusing on the often background relegated computer nerds and mechanics of the Imperium, the Adeptus Mechanicum seems like a strange move. They do not really fight, they are the ones that build the spaceships and design weapons for the Imperium at large but never as frontline fighters. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of November 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
A new mashup of Control’s developer diaries is here to recap as well as tease a new announcement for another character joining in on Control Maybe you have kept up on all of the Control updates or maybe you have missed out on a few. There has been quite a few since we first caught wind of the game from Remedy. All of which have been presented in the team's unique way of going about things. Some of it has been as ominous as we could expect for Control, sure, but some has been pretty straightforward for us to take in. Read More…

Here We Go With More “Visions” For No Man’s Sky
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 22nd of November 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
The next update for No Man’s Sky to take in and further expand No Man’s Sky into the game that was originally promised If you have been sticking with No Man’s Sky, good on you, then you will want to know that there is a new update to bring it closer to what we were first told it would be. Even after all of those other gamers out there gave Hello Games such a huge issue for delivering what they did, they have stuck with it and have a load of new updates hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC today. Interesting to see that happen on Thanksgiving, but it is when it was scheduled so fans of No Man’s Sky can dig in while waiting for their feast to be prepared. Read More…
